  1. It has been about an hour since the DMO servers finally opened and were immediately flooded by hapless gamers. Many were too scared to venture out into the world and decided to remain safely in the confines of their starting Town to avoid being killed by monster or Player Killer alike. Not all of the duped were craven; slowly groups started pouring out of the Towns in every direction, hoping that undertaking quests with allies would relieve some of the danger. Our adventure begins in the rural Town of Winterhaven, a starting area known for being one of the smallest Towns in Varuna, being home to but a few NPCs. Surrounded by the Silver Sea, the Alares mountain range and the Fall. One group of adventurers sick of inaction has recently formed within the walls of this town. Five victims of circumstance have found each other and decided to work together to get find a way to get rid of this dreaded world. Cha’ac the Warforged Warden, Iris the Elven Cleric, Solitude the Tiefling Rogue, Amroth Anárion the Elven Ranger, and Quarius the Eladrin Wizard have formed their first party in the middle of Winterhaven’s Market Square. Now it is time for them to set out and find their first quest!
  2. STORY Everyone new what time it was, both Orisian and human. It was time for another batch of young adventurers to try and find the map, the map that would bring the human race their salvation. Also, it was a time when the Orisian Army was on high alert, protecting their Earth-like planet from human rebels who would rise up and try to find the map and leave. So, the Map Races began, and with it bought death, turmoil and a map that might never be found, unless... Then, one day you come along, ready to find this map. With your young and agile body and your quick wits, it looks like you'll be the one to find it and secure a so-called solar "paradise" for your tribe, whatever it may be. But beware, young adventurer, the path is dangerous and full of death, lies and other bad things, so keep your friends close and your blaster closer... THE SETTING As you already may have guessed, this role play takes place on an Earth-like planet by the name of Oris. It is a particularly medium-sized planet, with most parts being frozen, also it is orbited by the moon Jargon which is, like our moon, barren and lifeless. The Orisian Empire is ruled by Farrell Umbert II, who, like most Orisians, hates humans. Not only is he responsible for the deaths of thousands of them, he is also known to be very violent and is agitated by the slightest of annoyances. But, he rules with an iron fist, andas long as the humans are oppressed, he will gain the adoration of the Orisian people. Next, we have the four tribes of Oris, which are: Sulphur- They are a bloodthirsty lot and thry have a belief that they are the chosen ones to find the Map, and so they choose those who are twelve (yes twelve!) and over to look for the Map, and they threaten to kill those who return empty handed and will hunt down those who run off with it. But, they are a very able-bodied group and those that hunt for the Map are said to be on the apex of physical fitness and that would aid you in hand-to-hand combat. They believe that the Map is in the east, where the tall and ominous mountains of Oris lie.Trinity- They are an enlighted group of people who believe in enriching the mind, body and soul, hence the name. They choose to only send those who are complete in these three categories as they deem them fit to go. While they are weaker than Sulphur, their morals and intelligence set them apart. They believe that the Map is buried somewhere in the Orisian Empire's capital of Tamber.Libra- This tribe is balanced, which means that they have no special traits that set them apart. But they are the descendants of the first humans who were taken to Oris in 2013. They send those who are eighteen and over to find the Map. Also, they believe that the Map is in the north, where it is as "cold as a witch's heart", as they would say.Titan- They dominate the field of technology and science, and they use this to their advantage and are able to create amazing things that can aid them in finding the Map. However, they only take those who are able to pass a series of tests and then they will accept you. They believe that the Map is on the moon, Jargon.HOW THIS WORKS So basically this role play is about trying to find a map that is hidden somwhere (each tribe thinks it's in a different location on Oris), and that when the map is found, it would guide you to a ship and then to the solar system (Paradise), but you have the choice whether or not to go on your own or to carry your tribe with you. Also, I intend for this RP to be a "roguelike", which means that I will calculate your customized character's choices and present you with your results, and, the ever-lingering threat of dying is in the air. Your basic equipment depends on the tribe you belong to, i.e Sulphur has mostly melee weapons like swords and axes, Trinity uses staffs and pole arms, Libra uses whatever they can find and Titan uses blasters and other forms of hi-tech. However, you are able to use any weapon you choose, it is just that the level of skill would be different. (I plan to add the character sheet tomorrow, which would be in my timezone, but if you are interested, you can PM me with questions. Also, any corrections to grammar mistakes would be appreciated.) (Edit) CHARACTER SHEET You character sheet will look something like this: Write your sketch of the character you are portraying in essay format, it may be 150 words or more (just don't go overboard)Please include your character's name, age, tribe, a short description and other things you may deem necessary to add.Since this is a roguelike, it is recommended that you create more than one CS (you can only have up to four).
  3. R Inherit The Stars

Everyone on Oris knew what day it was, it was the day the few of those who are a part of the tribes of humans go out to find the sacred map, a map the would lead them to their freedom. You are tasked with finding this map, and braving the trials that lie ahead of you, for the Orisian Empire does not take kindly to this sort of thing. As the elders of your tribe meet with you, they give you your equipment and pieces of advice to go on your way. As you leave your camp, you hope to bring good fortune to those that trust you, or die trying. The starting point is determined by you. Will you start in the forests where monsters roam alongside loot? Will you start in the Orisian city of Domus where humans are welcome, or will you start in the countryside where you can see most of the far off lands? (P.S: For this choice, you'll just have to give me a short paragraph documenting you leaving your tribe and then going off to the place that you chose, also you may choose whatever character you may wish to start with. Once everyone has chosen, we may begin.)
  4. Dungeon Master Online In the year 2018 Virtual Reality technology has finally become a reality. By 2023 VR-Helmets became widespread, nearly every teenager in the world owned one, and 2025 marked the release of the first videogame that fully utilized the VRH. MMO developers quickly hoped onto what would be next big development in the MMO market. The world’s very first VRH MMO, Dungeon Crawler Online, was released in 2030. The game had its faults, but the novelty of playing an MMO using the VRH made it extremely popular. The DCO formula was copied and improved upon by many companies, but none of them managed to capture the magic of DCO, until the developers of DCO decided to release a sequel to the game. Dungeon Master Online was announced on the 10 year anniversary of DCO, in 2040, and it immediately went into Closed Beta. The major improvements made in the VR technology over the past 10 years allowed the developers, Sandstorm Entertainment, to create an even better game. After a year of intense Beta Testing, it was finally time to release DMO to the public! As expected millions worldwide purchased the game on its release date and rushed home to play the sequel to their favourite MMO. The sequel was released alongside a brand new, super advanced VRH called the VRH-X. However, minutes after logging in for the first time the millions of players realized that they were unable to log out! This caused mass panic among the players. What the hell is going on!? Background First of all: this game is heavily influenced by .hack, SAO, Log Horizon and similar stories. The idea of being trapped in a digital world was always fascinating and by making this RP set in an online DnD world the game can be very Meta, which makes it easier for me to create NPCs specifically to guide you (since this is more than likely your first time playing DnD). Player Characters will be people playing a High Fantasy MMO called Dungeon Master Online. Yes the name is intentionally dumb as shit. These players are all stuck in an online world with no means of being safely disconnecting (being pulled out of the VRH-X without shutting it down properly fries their brains). It was quickly revealed that dying in this game also makes the VRH-X fry their brain, leading to their death in the real world. Now fully aware of how dangerous their situation really is the players have to find a way to escape this digital world! The world of DMO is hyper realistic. Every NPC has been programmed with sophisticated AI to accurately replicate human behavior; they are even able to hold conversations with PCs. Time and weather work exactly the same way as they do in the real world. PCs get hungry and tired and have to eat and rest in order to operate optimally. Meanwhile in the real world the millions of DMO players were moved to several hospitals. This way doctors could oversee them while they are stuck in the game and make sure that the players don’t do in real life due to malnourishment or any other cause. Sandstorm Entertainment, however, has vanished without a trace. All its employees were either found dead or not found at all. No one knows who has done this, but many suspect the Director (Robert Morhaime) to have been behind this. Game Type The RP will be run with Dungeons and Dragons 4E rules. This RP will be closed at a max of 5 PCs, if any of these PCs drop out during the campaign, others may take their place. Ideally this 5 man party would consist of a Defender, a Leader, two Strikers and a Controller. (EDIT: Actually, we could have a 6th PC. Would make the first campaign easy, so I'd have to tune it up a bit, but it shouldn't be a probem.) Remember, if you're joining this RP it's expected that you either participate until the end of an Adventure or find a way to drop your character from the story. Create a character sheet here, feel free to use the character creation and basic D&DG guide here. If you need help creating a character, feel free to PM me. When creating your character you should follow the standard rules of DnD. Ability scores will be generated using method 2: Method 2, Customized: again you are given 6 numbers; 8, 10, 10, 10, 10 and 10, and 22 extra points you are free to divide among the stats. Depending on how your stats are, the points per score ratio could increase. For example: Raising a stat from 10 to 13 costs 3 points (1 point per score), but raising it an extra level to 14 costs 2 extra points. A table with the costs will be added to the bottom. I won’t be using a board for this RP, since it is supposed to be text based, but I will provide you with a map of the areas you’re exploring and during encounters I’ll provide you with a map with the layout of the battlefield, your position and the positions of the enemy. You don’t have to strictly abide by your characters speed score, but use it as a point of reference when it comes to how far your PC can get in one turn. 5. R Digimon Universe: Ignition Factor

On every screen across the world, programming is interrupted, static the only thing visible until, slowly, a fuzzy image of a boy in his late teens clad in battle leathers, with smoking wreckage behind him takes shape on screen. “This is a call to every Tamer everywhere, in every city, town, hamlet, country, state and county. The Digital World needs you! It needs you now like never before...†The boy ducks as an explosion rocks the scene. “There isn't much time! My name is Xilthanas, Leader of the White Dragon Guard Team. Come to Server Continent and head for Ophanimon's Castle! Hopefully, I'll meet you there...†Another explosion rocks the room, debris falling from overhead, followed by loud cursing, clanging of blades for a moment and then a wet flesh-slicing sound, before Xilthanas appears again, looking worn. “I need to get moving. Black Serpent squads are everywhere...This is Xilthanas, signing out!" The boy turns away from the screen just as it goes back to static, the image slowly fading before its nothing but snow, his mumbled parting words dissolving into the din of static, "I hope someone saw this...†. And then the screen turns off again. The digital world is at war. What once was a vibrant land, full of creatures and life and all that, is now mostly a cratered, desolate, lifeless place. Pockets of life and vibrancy still exist, but they are slowly fading, as more and more of the digital world is wiped of all life. No one knows how or why it started, but everyone knows who started it. The Black Serpents. Formerly a guard team for the digital city of Ganymede, The Black Serpents are now a perversion of everything a Tamer stands for, raiding, destroying, consuming...everything. No one knows why they changed. No one understands what caused a once bright and shining light of the digital world to be so completely corrupted. All anyone knows now, is that unless the digital world gets help…well, that’ll be the end of it. And then they will start on the real world. Other Tamers have already answered the call. The Knights of Ophanimon have been chosen. They wage a constant war at the front lines, making sure that if they do give ground, its dearly paid for, sometimes even gaining the upper hand, if only for a little while. But hope blooms in the strangest of places…rumors speak of a new power, a new digivolution that some of the older digimon have attained in secret. Some have called it the prophesized power known as ‘Transcendic Digivolution’, a power that some say can surpass even Seraphimon himself. No one knows how exactly this new level of power is reached, but the rumor says that it must involve a Tamer, similar to the bio-merge power some other Tamers are able to use. But others say that this hope is useless, that the Black Serpents are too numerous, too powerful…Some even say that maybe it’s time for the digital world to fade. Which will you choose? Will you take up arms and defend the digital world you know and love so much? Will you try and ignore the plight? Or will you become that which most Tamers despise and join the forces of darkness? The choice is, of course, yours to make. Let us hope that the choice you make helps to save the digital world, instead of destroying it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ophanimon's Castle ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Current Characters CrimsonCrescendo: Xilthanas, Stride the Bearmon, and Starfall the Pagangemon ack!: Lexis Ryder & Bubs the Penmon NPCs: Ophanimon (Crimson)
  6. R Pantheon

discussion Late summer heat, the sort that made one long for the frosted gusts of winter. Sweltering and damp, with only a warm breeze for relief. Unsurprisingly, the new students of Pantheon Academy looked sweaty and miserable as they flooded out of the buses. It had been hours from the airport, and they were all exhausted, hungry, and hot. The scent of the sea lingered somewhere in the air, but with the smog of heat upon them, it was difficult to tell from which direction the sea might have been. The misery left the students quickly, however, when they caught sight of what waited beyond the fastigiate cypresses. Through a shrubbery-bathed gateway and following the neat stone pathway was an immense building, Mediterranean in style, with earthen tiles on the shallow roof, and beige stucco walls. With its long arcades, arched windows, and smaller cypresses along the colonnades, it looked more like a mansion than a school. Prefects led the new students up the long pathway and into the front park, filled in on all sides by exquisite greenery. There was an immense archway cut into the central feature of the academy, a round tower of sorts. Through the archway was a shaded portico, home to the main entryway. The aged wooden doors were wide open to welcome the students, surrounded on both sides by potted fan palms and a marble statue of a satyr offering grapes. Inside was a huge entrance hall with a towering, roaring fountain in its very center. A rush of cool air met the group, fresh and relieving in comparison to the humid summer they had just stepped in from. Surrounding the fountain, an elegant double staircase wound upwards along the circular hall. The ceiling boasted glass skylights that filtered in the sunlight, inflaming the whole of the hall with a warm and surreal glow. Before the fountain, a distinctive figure awaited the group with a smile. Relatively tall but nothing so giant that it betrayed his superhuman blood, his long hair looked like spun gold in the sunlight from above. He wore a simple ensemble: clean white shirt, black tie, and double-breasted waistcoat. His eyes, the color of honey, regarded the students as they all tried—and failed—to stop their astonished gawking at the paradise that was to be their new school. "Welcome to Pantheon," the man said, his lipped smile widening into a steady grin. His voice was just as honeyed as his eyes, elegant and deep, with just the fairest hint of a French accent from long ago. "My apologies if you expected Chancellor Hera to greet you, but she's out on business at the moment. I am your vice-chancellor, Alexis de Ste-Croix." "Apollo." The student who mumbled it suddenly covered her mouth as that hawk-like gaze turned sharply onto her. But the vice-chancellor merely laughed softly. "That's right. I know my name is a bit of a mouthful, so feel free to simply address me as sir, chancellor, or even just the VC." He turned to one side, clasping his hands gently before his chest, his fingertips kissing as he silently remembered what he wanted to say. "Returning students arrived yesterday. After the prefects have taken you to your rooms to settle in, please join us for dinner. No rush. Take it all in; this is your new home, after all." Smiling once more, he bowed his head slightly to the prefects, who wrangled up the newbies to take them into the west wing, where the dormitories were located.
  7. [ ROLEPLAY THREAD ] P L O T Welcome to Camp Half-Blood Hogwarts Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters Pantheon Academy. This isn't your ordinary private high school. Pantheon is a haven for special students with superhuman abilities, because well, these students are a little more than human. Pantheon students are incarnations of Greek gods. Y O U Select from the Greek pantheon of gods. Yes, they're gods, but they're new to their abilities and need some training. They have weaknesses, too. Like the fact that they're teenagers (aaaaahhh!!!). Age is anywhere from 16 to 19. You're a student with a "normal" name (you weren't born with the one-namer Ares, for example). I may play a teaching character just to have someone around for guidance. O B J E C T I V E S • Coming to terms with the fact that they're gods and they have mutant godly powers • High school dramarz • Greater threats that force them to work together despite differences T E C H N I C A L • 4 more people max. Two slots already reserved (see below). • Express your interest here and a god or gods you may want to play (only one in the end though). Peruse this list if you're at a loss. • IMPORTANT: Please only sign up if you can post often. I'm tired of waiting a week for posts; I lose interest really fast if no one posts. Making this short and sweet 'cause people are lazy and I'm looking for a light, fun RP. Need any more details? Then ask away. 8. Hell Street

My name is Seyerna and for the better part of a millennium I had dedicated myself to preserving life, all life, human, elf, griffin, dragon, siren, naga, vampire, fairy, ALL LIFE! It took everything I had, I gave up my very soul to protect these lives. Why? I don't know, it was an underlying urge, an instinct even. Of course, I suppose that's not a fair statement, at the time I hadn't realized what I had been doing, all I acknowledged was that I had made friends and companions of every species on earth, they were important to me and I'd risk life and limb to guard them. It was on one late afternoon when the skies bled crimson, standing among a handful of friends, we had been discussing dragon reproduction I believe. They blushed when I gave them a detailed description of coitus with a dragon, humans and their modesty always baffled me. We hurried to the center of this strange influx, where we found a vortex, a portal, a gate, something horrid and monstrous, the things that leaked out of that portal were like nothing we had ever seen before. Demons, real demons, their hides black and gray, their eyes dark and lost, only the shine of wetness making them visible, some seemed to ooze slime, others had indeterminable amount of limbs, or perhaps horns, all of them grotesque and disturbing creatures. Monsters born of hell broke into my beloved home, terrorizing my friends and those I would call family. It had seemed only natural to delve into the swirling void, dart between the beasts, slaying those that I could to destroy the door or close it, I had not known at the time what I would do, but I knew it needed to be closed, and so I did what I felt was my only option, throwing my body and soul into the gates of hell. I remember them screaming for me to stop, I remember their tears and their pain, I just hope they understand I left them because I loved them. Time in hell doesn't move the same way, it's not... linear. Sometimes it's the middle of night, and thirty seconds later it'll be mid day, so I couldn't tell you how long it had been, it might have been a week, or it might have been several thousand years. Regardless, every creature of hell felt the pull when a door was opened, I wondered why, I had given everything to close it and now another moron would unleash these beasts into the mortal plane? When I found the door I was helpless to the intense curiosity, the desire to see my friends again and so I slipped through the door. On the other side I was dropped into a cage of sorts, metal bars bowed over our heads, locking us in a dome, between the bars I could see the air as if it glistened, curiously I touched it, only to be struck by some sort of power, electric my mind pieced in for me, but I had never felt such magic before, this was queer indeed. Outside of the cage I could see humans, many, many humans, dressed in strange outfits that covered most of their bodies, all of them carrying some sort of metal device, something I had never seen before, it was L shaped, their finger looped into the crook of it and I knew they were 'pointed' at us, but I had no idea what they could do. When the cage was mostly full and I feared I'd be shoved into the electric wall again suddenly the gate to hell just closed and like that I was trapped in this world with dozens of other demons around me. These demons were not like me though, looked nothing like humans, had probably never existed in this plane in the first place. Of course I didn't look particularly human either, the plane of hell forced me to retain my most 'demonic' features: wings, tail, fangs, claws and horns to complete the nightmarish ensemble. Still I could feel the humans eyes on me, wondering why my skin looked so much like theirs, why the placement of my features so closely resembled their own. Did demons no longer exist? ~~~~~ So that's essentially my first post, lol. I'll go in and edit in more detail, I hadn't intended for it to be my first post, just a sort of introduction, but that's just how it goes when I get typing. I have the tendency to write in first person for Seyerna, but if you find it bothersome I can alter it to third, it doesn't really matter to me. I don't really know where I'm going with this it just sorta fell out of my fingers. There could still be demons and mythical creatures that just hide themselves now, or maybe most people are half breeds of something and are well aware of their lineage, or perhaps they're just completely gone and the humans, being the curious sort they are, figured out how to open and close the gates of hell at will. I'm looking for people to play characters that exist in the mortal world, whether you want to be a vampire scientist or a geeky fairy or a military human is up to you, but I'm not looking for other people to play demons that came from hell - unless you can convince me you have a good story device up your sleeve. This is possibly an apocalyptic story depending on where we go with it. It is set modern to futuristic, I have no designated year in place. Also I don't like the title, so if you've any ideas...?
  9. The After

It's sort of funny, when you think about it. We all thought it would be something other than what it turned out to be. The popular ones were economic collapse and shifting of the Earth's magnetic poles. How those two gained such a following, I have no idea. As far as I was concerned, zombies seemed just as likely as anything else. I guess, if you really think about it, they were all perfectly plausible theories. The only problem was that they were perfectly plausible theories that no one paid any attention to. In the end, it was climate change that got us. Climate change. You're thinking, 'Climate change? Seriously? Come on Karma, you can do better than that.' Honestly, I wish I could say that it was zombies. But the truth is that scarier than hordes of the undead is the kind of chaos that follows after someone sees ice on an orange in Florida. One minute you're just walking to your job, the next minute there's the National Guard rolling up on Main Street telling you that water and gasoline are being rationed and that in order to maintain peace martial law has been declared. Ho baby, I wish you could've seen it. Peace my ass. The second someone decided to use the words 'martial' and 'law' in the same sentence, I should've known we were fucked. But it took me until the water shortages to really believe that something bad was happening. After we sucked the Great Lakes dry and science still hadn't figured out a way to distill sea water fast enough to distribute it to the population, people started to act a little crazy. No one trusted anyone else. It was every man for himself, steal or be stolen from, kill or be killed. Pretty brutal stuff, if I do say so myself. The kind of stuff that you usually only saw in movies. And the government? God, what a joke. Some people remained who believed that the government would come to our rescue, but those people were few and far between. For the most part, everyone understood that once the grocery stores stopped getting restocked and once the paychecks stopped coming, we wouldn't be able to count on anyone other than ourselves. Fortunately, the news programs remained running just long enough for us to get a picture of what was going on in the rest of the world. One word resonated throughout every report, and its three letters were deceptively unassuming: b-a-d. Bad in Russia. Awful in China. Even worse in the Middle East. With violence and destruction everywhere and not even a whisper of a safe place, we had no choice but to turn our TVs off and focus on what was happening at home. Not that it mattered. The news stations went down soon after. I'd like to say that there was a defining moment in which the world went from being "normal" to being the Hell-hole that it is now. But it was more like the rapid decline from sanity to madness. In less than a month, all of society's schizophrenic tendancies and hysteria surfaced and took control. Its rational mind was supressed to the point of extinction, leaving unforgiving nothingness in its wake. Now, all that remains of what the world used to be are skeletons of cities; a flawless infrastructure whose sole purpose is to facilitate the travel of maurauders. These people -- among whose ranks I can be counted, much to my chagrin -- are the few survivors of this world who are able to live only by taking from others. We can scavange most of what we need, but sometimes that isn't quite enough. And when that happens, we'll do whatever we have to. We'll hurt. We'll mame. We'll even kill. But above all of that, we survive. And I think, if you could see the way I'm trying to live, I think you would be able to understand. I need to survive, because if I don't...well, I just need to. The year is 2157*. My name is not Karma, but that's what I'll be called because that is the name that defines who I am now. I'm writing all of this down with the hopes that when you read it, whoever you are, everything that I experience will bring you one step closer to surviving The After. *see below reply for date clarification ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello everyone! So, obviously this (what I have above) is your standard, post-apocalyptic wasteland. Beyond that, though, I haven't really developed it much. Don't take that to mean that I don't have any idea about where I'd like the plot to go, because I do, but it also means that I'm open to whatever ideas you're willing to bring to the table. Thus far I've kept my ideas restricted primarily to humans and human-like activity, but if you want to introduce any sort of humanoid or cyborg or anything else that one would expect to see in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, I'm definitely willing to accommodate that! What I'm looking for right now is a partner or two who are willing to bring their OCs into this universe to operate in the "present," which would be the future in relation to what I have posted above. Preferably, there would be no interaction between my character and the characters who are introduced until the very end of the roleplay at which point I had envisioned some sort of fateful, emotional meeting that ended in violence and bloodshed. But, like my openness to altering the specifics of the universe, I'm open to altering the plot too. My ideas are far from set in stone, and I'm more than willing to listen to the ideas of anyone who's interested in this. It's been a little while since my last roleplay so I'm a bit rusty, but I promise that a post or two will see me knocking out replies like the best of them. I'll have my expectations for post length and what have you listed under the classifieds soon enough, and I'm hoping to get a profile of Karma up within the next week or two. If you're interested, feel free to message me and I'll throw you my contact information so we can discuss this in a little more detail. Thanks for letting me talk at you guys! I hope you're interested! Sara
  10. R Coral Ice vs Isabel

It unsettled Coral Ice very much that she had no idea when she had fallen into this Dimensional Schism, or what she had done to cause it. There had been a time leap in her mind whenever she thought about it, from when she had been back in her hometown in the north, consolidating the findings from her investigations, and the next thing she knew she was in a strangely boundless plane, with somebody known as the Lord of the Schism speaking to her in a booming voice. “I am weary, oh yes I am so very weary,†he had told her. She had seen him as an extremely enormous figure, with a short moustache and dressed in extravagant, seemingly physics-defying robes. There were 2 strands, for one, that emerged from the tail of his robes, and drifted weightlessly in the air, visibly ignoring gravity. It was like one of Coral Ice’s dreams. “And this is why I’ve summoned able champions from all over the universe, and will pit them against each other for my entertainment. You may go home, once I’ve decided that you’ve fought enough.†“I don’t have time to waste on this,†she said in return. “I’ve an important task that I must fulfil back home. I’m not going to fight pointless battles and expend my strength unnecessarily. If you’re aware of this, please let me go.†“Oh,†said the Lord, crossing his arms. “I’m sorry, you should’ve said so before. I’ve used up all my magic getting you here, and I’ve got to recharge before I can send you back again. In order for me to recharge, I must be entertained! Therefore, entertain me!†He started laughing, a barking, malicious laughter. Coral Ice knew he would never send her back, not even after she had fought countless battles. Before she could think to add anything further, the Lord had vapourised into a puff of smoke, which cleared to reveal a battlefield before her. It was a rocky plain, with boulders at various locations. Coral Ice stepped out onto the sandy ground and peered resolutely out. Was her opponent going to be here? Her pointy wolf ears prickled up. She could hear the sound of footsteps. She clenched her fists, readying to turn into wolf form. She would finish this battle fast, and then she would investigate the magical source behind this entire set-up, and then destroy it. But right now, she would concentrate on this battle. She remained still, barely moving, watching for the first move of her opponent.
  11. R Jack

Stephen walked into one of the pars in town and took a very specific table. He had a message written on a napkin stuffed in his leather jacket pocket telling him to be at this place at 11:43 P.M. that night at that very table. He took odd and rather shady jobs often, and this was no different. A woman handed it to him the previous night after he completed a task for her. Now he sat waiting for his next client without any idea what was to come. He flipped a deck of playing cards from hand to hand, shuffling and cutting the cards absentmindedly while he waited. The silver light form the half moon flooded the table by the window and a cool breeze cut across his face as someone else entered just behind him.
  12. What Lies Beyond the Veil; This is a Dragon Age roleplay that does not require in-depth knowledge about the games. I have done my best to keep it simple and provide the relevant information below. The Roleplay You are a young mage taken into the Circle of Magi, most likely by force, in order to learn how to control and effectively use magic. After months of training, it is time to face the Harrowing; a formal, mandatory rite of passage that will become more than just a graduation- it will determine whether you live or die. Playable Characters Human; may be of any birth (noble, farmer, peasant- it doesn't matter; all mages must enter the Circle regardless of their origins)Elf; city-born or otherwise cultured in human society (note: Elves tend to be shorter than humans and have more triangular features)Half-Elf; outcasts by all (note: approval needed to play a half-elf)Acceptable forms of magic include the basic and traditional fire/ice to casting hexes or healing spells. Get creative. Please ask for approval for the use of blood magic. Things to Know Humans are the dominant race, Elves are largely treated as second-class citisens, at best. Derogatory terms include “Knife-ear.†Blood Magic: Powerful, evil magic that taps into the mage's life-force rather than their reserve of energy. Its use is almost exclusively for the control and manipulation of another's blood and vitality. Highly destructive. It is also a fast track to demon possession. Circle of Magi: The dominant organisation for the training and legitimisation of Magi, led by a First Enchanter. All mages are required to join the Circle. Those who do not are criminals called “Apostates.â€The Templars: Guards under the Chantry, led by a Knight-Commander.Exist in tandem with the Circle; their duty is to act as wardens over the Magi.Control, enforce, and fight the threat of magic and magic users. The Chantry: The dominant religious organisation.Monitor the Circle of Magi and the Templars.Worship the Maker, follow the prophet Andraste's teachings. Clergy are exclusively women (as Andraste was a woman)The Fade: The realm of dreams, inhabited by spirits and demons. It is separated by a metaphysical barrier known as “the Veil,†which keeps spirits and mortals from physically crossing over. Only mages may consciously enter the Fade. The Harrowing: A mysterious ritual all young apprentices must complete in order to be ordained as full mages. It is closely attended by a strong force of Templars. Although optional, the alternative is to be made Tranquil. Tranquility: Permanently severs the connection with the Fade. The Tranquil are branded. The former mage becomes powerless, unable to dream, or access their emotions. More about the Fade Demons and Spirits: Creatures native to the Fade. They are highly intelligent and manipulative, regardless of whether they embody vice (ie. Anger, desire, rage, pride, etc.) or virtue (ie. Faith, justice, valor, etc.). The Fade's landscape is moulded by the spirits and demons that dwell there according to the images, objects, and scenes they see in the minds of mortal dreamers. Only mages may consciously enter the Fade, but they do not exert any control over it, and they cannot shape it the way dreaming mortals do. In its raw form, the Fade is a dark and twisted place. Its landscapes are dark, cold rocks and raw lyrium (semitoxic minerals that both feed and bolster magic). There is one permanent feature of conscious ventures into the Fade; a completely inaccessible island always seen in the distance. It carries a dark metropolis known as the Black City. According to the Chantry, the Black City was once\the seat of the Maker and known as the Golden City. When powerful Magisters from the Tevinter Empire physically invaded the Fade and attempted to gain entry, the city blackened with corruption from their pride and ambition. If you wish to read more (not necessary): Dragon Age Wikia: The Fade Participants: Up to four. I have not decided yet, but I may play an apprentice as well as the guide.
  13. 14. Jemi the Human Fighter, Bhaskan the Dragonborn Warlord, Ash the Eladrin Rogue, Serafinn the Human Sorcerer and Cha'tril the Dragonborn Binder have formed their first party in the middle of Winterhaven’s Market Square. Now it is time for them to set out and find their first quest!
  15. Monday, April 1st, 2013. Today was the first day of his second year of High School, yet he chose to spend it in his bed instead of waking up early and preparing accordingly. *Bzzzt* His vibrating phone revealed that it was now time for him to get up, pressing the snooze button three times in a row was the limit or else he’d miss the opening ceremony. Sigh, no time to waste. He got up out of his bed and opened the large closet directly next to it to grab a towel and a bag with his toiletries. Kamiya Masahiro would be spending his second year just like the first one, in the Varuhara Hall. Despite the small size of his dorm room, it was large enough to fit in a bed, a closet, a desk, a small coffee table and there was still room to spare for an old CRT TV. All things considered Masahiro had nothing to complain about. Other than maybe the other inhabitants of the dorm, they could get on his nerves sometimes. Masahiro stepped out of his room, still dressed in nothing but his boxers and tank-top and dragged himself towards the second floor’s common bathroom to brush his teeth. He stared into the reflection of his own green in mirror, as if trying to confirm that he was still as handsome as yesterday. He sure was. Spit. He glanced at his hair, wondering whether he should do something about it, but decided that for now he’d go with an out of bed look. Also made mornings a lot easier. Back in his room he jumped into the black trousers, white dress shirt. He quickly configured his shiraz red, striped tie and threw on his black blazer, with a white outer edge on the lapels and pockets, that the school demanded all students wore. Another peek at his phone. Damn. He had to get his ass in gear or he’d be late for the opening ceremony. Without saying a word to check whether anyone else was still in the Varuhara Hall he sprinted towards the front door, put on his shoes and ran towards the school. Luckily school was in walking distance. As Masahiro stepped into the gymnasium the bell rang and all the students went towards his seat. Slightly out of breath and without a clue what class he was sorted in this year Masahiro stood in between the endless rows of chairs, looking from the left to the right hoping he’d find anyone who knew what class he was in. “Masahiro-kun! Over here.†Luuuuuucky!
  16. A casual RP between myself, Kyo and Seanzilla, PersonaX: Fear House of Amatsusangaku will focus around a "haunted" house in town! Weird creatures and ghosts sightings have been popping up and many people seem to be strangely affected by it. It's up to our heroes to investigate it! In the town of Amatsusangaku, a long abandoned house has been the center of much controversy. Murder, mystery and monsters, rumors has constantly surrounded the house for well over a decade. All rumors of course, right? Our heroes are seeing something different however. Perhaps they were the only ones who knew or the only one who could do anything about it, but they recognize that something much more than silly rumors had to be stopped from this house before it ruined their town for good. "Mecahnics"The House plays on your deepest fears. While you may think that it might just be sharks and tall buildings, the House cares more about the more psychological and personal ones.Just because you're not near the House doesn't mean you're safe from it. It has a habit of finding a way into, say, your room. Our heroes use their deepest fears, usually traumatic events, to summon their personas. I think it'd be a good idea to include a great fear and deep fear when creating your characters. Great fears would be things like sharks and tall buildings while deep fears were stated above. The House may appear as a great fear or something unrelated entirely, but the meaning is still there with ATLUS METAPHORSFURTHER DEVELOPMENTsetting!how do we all know each other/why are our characters involved??????PERSONATHE BAD KINDA THINGS THAT DOES THE BAD STUFF
  17. As a soft fluttering snow was seen falling down within the city, Christmas was close and people were already celebrating. Even within the exorcist head quarters things were put up for festive cheer. As the gates to the order were opening a young looking red head girl and a taller man were seen walking in the place. "Man I'm freezing my butt off hey brother make yourself useful and go get us something warm to drink said the girl to the older male. Chris raised his eyebrow at his sister and Reina said, "What is it?" "You forgot something after asking." Said Chris. The response he got was an elbow rammed into his gut she said, "Fine please there happy?" "The please would have been just alright on its own..." Said Chris trying to catch his breath. "Cut the theatrics out I barely hit you." Said Reina as they rounded the corner. They were about to walk through the main hall way when a sudden noise was heard that made them both freeze. "You hear that?" Asked Reina. "I think I did.... where's it coming from." Said Chris looking around. "MBFPHTH!!!" Was heard from above their heads and Reina and her brother looked up and saw someone all tangled up in christmas lights hanging upside down on the rafters. "Ok... well who the hell is that up there?" Asked Elena. "It's Lavi he's the third victim today alone." Said a male's voice and another younger male came walking up. He then looked at Chris and noticed the guy just eying him. "What is there something on my face boy?" "No... Hakurei there isn't... I just can't get used to seeing you look as young as we are. You're one freaky person that's all I got to say." Said Chris rubbing his head. So what do you mean that lump up there is the third victim today? Is someone going around attacking people?†Asked Reina looking at Hakurei. “Just the chief up to his antics again. He has his contraction handing out candy canes. So if a robot offers you one don’t refuse it otherwise you’ll be joining the poor sap above our heads.†Said Hakurei. “Damn I swear Komui is trying to kill us he really needs to be tied to his office chair.†Said Chris. “I think it’s funny thats the idiot finally got it oh thanks for the heads up Hakurei.†Said Reina walking off with a wave. “Your sister is something Chris...†Said Hakurei. The halls suddenly shook and a loud scream was heard and Hakurei grabbed Chris ducking out of sight. Seeing a person run by screaming as Komui’s demented robot was chasing him down. Hakurei said, “I’ve had enough of this we need to take it out you with me?†He asked and Chris swallowed a knot seeing ornament bombs being flung at the poor victim. “Honestly don’t you kids these days have any guts?†Asked Hakurei. “Shut it old man I just got back from a dud of a mission fight it yourself.†Said Chris frowning. “Fine then who needs you anyways.†Said Hakurei shaking his head and he came out of hiding. He then went up behind the robot as it had finished adding another hanging victim and used his metal fist and smash it yet the attack was useless. “Shit!!†Cursed Hakurei turning to run for it but a christmas light whip grabbed his ankle and he was jerked up with a loud scream. “Put me down you worthless piece of scrap metal!!!†Yelled Hakurei swinging at it but not even so much as able to land a hit.
  18. This roleplay is heavy on fantasy and mythology, I added horror more as a just-in-case since this could have some horror aspects in it depending on what people decide to do. The thread is open to anyone, there is no cap on people who can join. Story Setting-- Ancient Greece at the end of summertime. Albia is the only city mentioned however up to two more cities are possible for characters to hail from. The main setting is in the Woods of Ishla, here it is said that magical beasts, Gods, and Demi Gods roam as a place of in-between, a place to leave the forgotten or to hide from those you wish would forget you. Important Plot Notes-- The Gods of Ancient Greece are very real here. Hades is whom the city is trying to appease and appeal to with a human sacrifice so that his gaze may stray from their city and not claim as many people. The Ceremony of Youth involves all class levels from the poorest to richest, no one within the age gap is excluded due to rank or family. No one really knows what happens in the forests since none have returned to their cities (or neighboring ones). Those who are sent there must try and survive. This could be an escape attempt, pleading/bargaining with the Gods, or fighting whatever comes their way. Characters: Sacrifices are anyone 17 and under who aren't married or pregnant. There are 5 from each city, and from any social class. They are dropped off one at a time at various points of entry at the woods. Sacrifices, Gods, Demi-Gods, Mythical Monsters are optional characters. If you have a part you wish to play not listed please ask. The first post in the roleplay thread (Student Roleplay Boad) explains the season, and explanation of why there are sacrifices and how they are taken away. Also: Sacrifices don't have to work together. If your character is a lone wolf or not a nice person, they can use the other sacrifices to survive or as bait, etc. Likewise, they may not all know each other even if from the same city, depending on their class. Questions, comments?
  19. R In The Time Of Gods

The air contained a tinge of flora and fresh fruit, dancing upon the late summer breeze as it chased falling leaves through the sky. The summer festivals had ended for that year, the collection and storing of the last of summer's bounty were being collected to be stored through the slowing cooling year. In the city of Abila, the celebration of Demeter had come to a final close the evening before, honoring the Goddess for the fruits of the Earth and the grains they reaped. It consisted of a great consumption of food with music and dancing filling the town center till Apollo took away the sun in the sky. It was a time of merriment and joy for the Greek city. It was on this final evening that Abila held it's annual Ceremony of Youth. All music stopped as the people gathered in front of a withering wooden podium, worn from years of use. The city leader cleared his throat and pierce the crowd with his eyes as he held a ceramic bowl beautifully crafted. Upon it were symbols and words of truth, future, and power. He spoke clear and strong of another year gone by, of pleasing the Gods, and how tradition must be followed. Before the festivities could fully be ended, the Choosing must occur. Excited and nervous murmurers echoed as everyone under the age of seventeen, unless they were wed or with child, would be placed in front of the crowd bunching together. After a prayer, the leader closed his eyes and thrust the bowl into the air towards the youths. Blessed feathers from doves that were raised and cared for just for the occasion flew into the air. The white tuffs floated down as a collective breath was held, five feathers of black danced among them falling on the heads and shoulders of those below. The youths had been chosen, the black feathers had settled on five still bodies. Cheers and stifled cries erupted in the crowd. The sound of cheers still rang strong in Nyandre's ears as the wooden cart took her farther away from her home and security. Her hazel eyes were covered with a white cloth so that she could not see her destination. The pressure of her family's kisses and embraces felt far away now as the still warm summer wind blew her straw colored braid off her shoulder. She was one of the Chosen for this year, and it was still hard to believe. It was an honor, yet secretly in her soul she was horrified. What was to become of her? There has never been a record of anyone returning to either city (alive that is). Stories filled with meetings with beasts and Gods, and in the end generally death. How many were chosen in the neighboring city? These questions were unanswered as the old man driving the car stopped, helping her out gingerly. He led her forward her throat tight. The sound of hands slapping the ground and a prayer reached her ears before the old man spoke. "May the Gods bless you, as they will now bless the city for another year. Farewell child, and may Hades be gentle with your soul. Honor will be brought to your family for years to come now, go forward with no fear in your heart and love for your people." With that, he left her, the cart pulling away leaving her utterly alone. With shaky hands, she pulled away her blinder, eyes stinging in the sunlight. The woods of Ishla stood before her, silent and foreboding. With a tight chest, she could not bring herself to move forward yet. "I wonder when the others will arrive...they always bring them one at a time. Perhaps...I will not die too terrible a death."Trying to be brave, she took her first few steps into the woods into the unknown. The youths were given as a sacrifice to the God Hades so he may look favorably upon their city. Where most offer sheep, human sacrifice has been tradition in her city, and thus it continues for another year. Into the Woods of Ishla the children go into an unknown fate, the location of which few truly know, for it was forbidden to go near. "I am brave. I am Nyandre of Albia, and I...I am unafraid. I am one of the Chosen." The sixteen year old had not yet convinced herself however as the trees branches finally passed over her quivering form.
  20. R Pharaoh's Tomb

All right, this has nothing to do with Egyptian Pharaohs and the like, unfortunately. I do love their myths and legends though... Anyway, this is the idea box - for me - and a way for other people to seek me out if they have similar tastes in role playing. I only do 1 on 1 role plays because they are easier to organise, manage, and follow through with. Fiction/Fantasy is what I go for. I do prefer X-rated content, but it starts from R: it may include bloody descriptions or adult content. There is no 'and' in there mind you. Unless you keep them separate. Yeah. So please be sure you are of age and you do not find any such content vomit-inducing. Now if you're happy to have me as a role play partner, feel free to leave a post here or PM me. Then we can work something out and start! Yay!
  21. OOC: Realistic RP, no more than 2 others to join. Short 3-5 paragraph posts preferred, but I'm not going to be a stickler, do what feels right for you. Someone can take over as the man introduced below or add a new character. 1 post every 1-3 days as a max is fine. Fin. It takes a special man to stand out in front of a public, landmark fountain, wearing an all black tuxedo in 90 degree Fahrenheit heat, 80% humidity, grasping a hot pink balloon by a short string while the sun blazes down on the concrete lawn and upward onto to pale, moist skin. Or is it a desperate man? An entertainer about to start a show? Someone confident who has a plan, or just lives by his own rules? A poor pawn being set up in a prank, or for money, or as a surprise? One who has lost his way, or maybe ran away from some big event he’d had enough of? Many people take a glance, or stare, or walk past like he’s part of the landscape, nothing to mind at all. Of course, I’m one that stares, observes, and questions the story that has him standing there, 20 feet away, a focal point in my view of a sea foam ocean. Thank God for this breeze. I breathe in deeply the mixture of fresh sea air and street fumes and soak in the sunshine as I sit on the ledge of the fountain behind me, then sigh aloud at the looming storm clouds at the horizon. My eyes wander around the periphery of where he stands. I take my right hand and tug back and forth at the front of my yellow peasant style blouse, airing out the sweat rolling down my chest and stomach, then adjust my legs on my concrete seat, hoping the sweat doesn’t soak, too badly through my pale blue shorts. By small bag and water sits beside me, cell phone inside has been quite for an hour. As a visitor in this town I thoroughly enjoy using my time to take in the sights and watch people going through what I can only expect is a typical day. But as interesting as the view is with its natural elements and the people who travel through it, I’m growing more and more tired of waiting, wondering if this will be the time they show, or just another disappointment. Edit: So I thought I was defaulted to student, but after posting this I see I've been added as graduate, so thank you very much for not making me start over, sorry for the error in posting it under student, it can be moved and my boyfriend is begging me to move on for dinner so thanks and bye.
  22. I don't have any idea for a plot for this, all I know is that I'd like to play an anthro version of a Pokemon story (but more human in appearance and anatomy than anything)... Something like two friends are lost somewhere or two different unsuspecting types of pokemon becoming friends or adventure of some best buddies through the world~~. I dunno. I can't care. We can figure that out. I just want them to be Gijinka so I can have an excuse to come up with a character design. I'd prefer it to be Kanto or Unova, but would consider Sinnoh or Johto setting as well. I'd prefer no legendaries, as they are already pretty jacked up with human like traits without us having to make it up for them (like the ability to talk). I'm pretty picky with who I RP with, so if I turn you down, please don't be offended. I'm looking for one or two good partners for this. We can work out who will be who. Pick which Pokemon you'd like to be and write up a character sheet (name, personality, all that shit). Looking for somebody that can post pretty actively while I still have this writing bug up my ass. Let's do this. Um... Some of the pokemon I might be interested in playing are: rotom, pretty much any of the eevees, drifloon, chingling, bulbasaur, scraggy, minccino, yamask, froslass, pidgey, chatot... I can choose whatever you end up going with that might make the most interesting story.
  23. So the idea behind this RP would be a team of characters robbing a bank, or at least attempting to do so. The factor of interest is that the characters will have formed a group by random assignment - still pondering an explanation that would be most feasible, such as organizing their group online or being assigned together by the criminal organization they're a part of. The main point is the characters will not know each other prior to meeting to plan the heist. This means they cannot trust or rely on each other, they won't be a well-oiled team, so there's ample room for complications. There could be a character who intends from the start to screw over the rest of the group and make off with the money. There could be an undercover cop as part of the team, ready to bust them all. I'm personally considering a character who lies about his criminal experience, desperate for some quick money, and causes stupid mistakes during the job. I don't intend for much planning of how things will turn out, I think it'll be more fun to throw characters in and we each can come up with things as the situation dictates. I fully plan on the possibility that the heist will end in complete failure, and the deaths/arrest of all the characters. So that's the idea, if there's interest then we'll proceed to details of characters and where to begin etc.
  24. You have been tasked with bearing a very sensitive parcel across some very treacherous terrain. Long before the era of gunpowder, your arsenal consists of some rudimentary magical techniques and fine manpowered weaponry. The only thing you know about your parcel is that it is human, and very much alive. You know you are not the only one who will be traveling in this escort. What you don't know, is who this person is, or why they must be transported in so much secrecy. You have not been told the person's age, sex, class or otherwise affiliation. You have not yet met the other members of your party, but you do have a rendezvous point. You have never met the parcel, and you have no idea if they've actually consented to being transported. Why would you agree to a risky mission with so many variables? Because the money is very good. You are to be paid in full upon delivery of the parcel to a temple within the walls of the fortress city, Shau'ku Moto, and there is to be no payment upon failure. Shau'ku Moto is an ancient stronghold held by the low elves; referred to derogatorily as trolls. While their attunement with magic is deeply primal and elemental (worse, you might say) you would not put it past a troll to bend you over their knee and break your back. Relationships between the high elves and the trolls are "okay". Humans also exist, thought they are distinctly Asiatic in appearance, and are mostly local only as nomads. Their capital is on the other side of the globe, and have neutral relationships with both trolls and high elves. The high elves are the only race with a republic instead of a monarchy, however, it is well infiltrated by mafia-style political influence. Your journey will take you from the Forest of Enchanted Trees, your rendezvous point, 100 miles south to Shau'ku Moto. You have the option of a well-traveled trade route, or a more unconventional path. There is one point you must cross with the trade path though: a half-mile span of bridges across the Gorge of Needles, where sturdy rope suspension bridges cross a deep chasm, punctuated by pillars of stone. The chasm stretches for miles to either side, and the river that once ran through used to mark the territory limits of the high and low elves. It is about halfway through your journey. So who are you? A scruffy man in an almost comically ruined cloak is taking names at a local tavern. He is one of many recruiting in bars around the High Elf capital Quel'duvir and in neighboring hamlets. Name: (The wealthy tend to have last names that honor the talent that made their family wealthy, the poor go by their given names) Appearance: Strengths and Abilities: Weaknesses: Personality: Background: Motive: (Do you have any motivation beyond monetary gain?) I will play the parcel.
  25. "C'mere... lissin'." The old man leans over the impromptu desk of appropriated bar tables. He knocks the back of his fingers along the tabletop, signaling the importance of paying attention with the rhythmic clack of several old steel rings. He presses his other hand to his ledger, which you have just signed. "No. Money. Unless the deed is done. Six past the high moon, you'll find the parcel wrapped up and ready to go under the Highborne's Arbor. No money, even if one of your crew fucks you over. We don' need you like we need the delivery. Might'eve be in for a bonus if you come back a dirty hand short." He draws back, and strikes his thumb against his index finger to light a flame against his slim cigar. He's been chewing on the end of it this whole time. "If you finish, you'll find me here, n' if you don't, you'll never find me again." He stands, and gives you a drunken hiccup of a bow. One of his long silver hairs falls free, wafts over, and falls in your drink. He laughs, and leaves you there to cope with it. The sun was threatening the horizon, but it seemed they were steady at an uneasy truce. The night sky was nipped at the side by delicate pink, and a hum of light illuminated everything in the Forest of Enchanted Trees. the tree known as the Highborne's Arbor was not known because it was the largest of the trees in the forest, or the most distinctive. In fact, there were many like it, with the swirled, twisted-trunk coniferous trees being almost uniform until the pine forests of the east. The Highborne's Arbor was an old tree, and it had curled over to drape its branches in a shroud over a round patch of earth. The ground below the boughs was laid with cobblestones, and rumor had it that many a secret decision which drove the fate of all the high elves had been made there. Those who didn't subscribe to the conspiracies, of course, just expected the stones had been laid down to stop the young from copulating in the forest. Tonight a small cart was parked there, a light canvas tent held up over its contents in an arch. It had a harness for a horse packed in with the cargo, but looked like it could be dragged as easily by hand. The most notable thing inside was a small androgynous boy, clothed in feminine purple robes embroidered with silver lilies. His black hair was held back by the thick wrap of black fabric that gagged his mouth and tied behind his head. His limbs, it seemed, had a similar restraint applied, and his whole body was tied by the waist to the cart he was sitting in. Those delivering him would not have been the first to find him there. Tragically ill-willed teenagers who stumbled upon the boy and found it hilariously erotic that he was tied up. Not that Eyr couldn't struggle against his restraints, but a few older hands to hold him down meant that he now had a penis ejaculating on his cheek drawn in charcoal across his face, and a crudely written sign propped against his chest reading: "Free fucks! I want it bad!" On the bright side, it didn't look like anyone had come along since.
