I don't know if I like The Black Mages version or the orchestra version better.

I haven't heard the Black Mages version. TBH I haven't even played through FF6 entirely - The last thing I remember is the Opera (and something about Terra flying off somewhere and Celes throwing herself off a cliff or something?). I should probably get to playing that. >>

Michael... you are listening to a dozen songs at the same time? O.o

It's actually 30 songs, and it's more of a playlist.

I post it to share with my readers, to give them a more intimate insight into the story, and characters. Those songs contain so much emotion and/or lyrical relevance to each character or event in the story. It's an epic, beautiful and moving tale where hundreds of millions of lives, furthermore the fate of a special, unique world hangs in the balance... I only wish to share that with you.

I'm listening to the sound of my hotdogs boiling on the stove top in the other room for being too lazy to make real food. At the same time I'm listening to a podcast from the radio show, "On Being with Krista Tippet," about Embracing Our Enemies and Our Suffering from Two legendary teachers shine a Buddhist light on a classic Christian teaching: love of enemies. Because I'm a big nerd and it's this kind of discussion that somehow helps me stay up all the night to get ready to stay up at all night again tomorrow at work. I bet no one knows what I'm talking about, besides the hotdogs. :P

It's my ode to assholes and meatheads everywhere, particularly at the public places I usually chose to try and chill. I mean, why do guys always have to f**k around and disrespect me?

Evidently, you never get too old for this shit...
