Nonchalant Response: The possibility of the "Rule of Two" being in this game was merely a speculation. As the meatbag Daydreamer said, speculation is good. Assumptions are not.  I was merely attempting to open discussion, thereby stimulating gameplay. Smug Commentary: It certainly seems to have done the trick.

Speculation: Allied teams on both sides would seem fitting not only to the fluff, but tho the nature in which the previous game was run (Poke Professor and Ash team vs Team Rocket). Though certainly we cannot assume this is the case, it is a possibility and should be kept in mind.

Ok guys, I'm for lynching someone and I'm leaning towards Asura.

Giving strange and confusing information which got us thinking along the wrong path is the main strange thing that happened so far and having us in disarray is beneficial for the sith.

What is the "wrong path"? Because the only path at the moment is that everyone's voting to kill nobody.

A part of me thinks his pretending to be a droid may be an attempt to stop us thinking he is sith, as droids are not force sensitive. But it is merely speculation.

Asura caused confusion by taking us on the trail of 'onlytwo sith', which people agreed to a bit too fast.

I don't like it, I think it's a way too big assumption. Asura is the only one suspicious to me right now.

I must say that his speculation was relevant. I may be a bit slow, but I'm not sure why saying there're only 2 Sith means that he's Sith. It meant we voted nobody rather than voting anyone, but it wasn't as if anyone was in much danger (except maybe Red Alpha, but that was just Valentine saying his logic was mildly suspect). We would've voted nobody regardless.

(do I sound like DayDay 8D)

I'm not immediately saying that they're sith, but it's just something noteworthy and if voting should happen, I'd vote for Asura.

But for now nobody will do.

Asura's suspicious behaviour is noted, as is your own attitude on the first day DG. Other than that I got nothing for today.

BTW, unless we have a resurrection role again i suggest Sean gives the killed players the list of who is what role so they can spectate and laugh as we still stumble in the dark.

EDIT: also, in response to Valentine, I was saying that every innocent killed during the day is one less the sith have to kill at night, if we vote nobody because we have no leads it does not help us but it also does not speed things up for the sith. I know it is dangerous to vote for nobody but for the first day at least it is a sound strategy.

And I guess I'll learn from my mistakes and shut up now, instead of trying to convince people, because in this game having an opinion is as incriminating as shouting you're a baddie...

You need to type, like, 4 times as much for it to sound like DD

The thing is what you're doing is no different to what Asura is doing: expressing an opinion as to what might be going on. Just as you think he's suspicious for seeming to point us toward the idea of only 2 Sith, people think you're suspicious for seeming to point us toward the idea that Asura is doing that because he's guilty.

Remember, everyone is wary about being convinced of anything in this game, because whether you're a good guy or bad guy, your opponents will be trying to convince you into thinking what they want you to think.

The first meeting has come to and end and you have decided not to execute anyone.

Now it is time for everyone to return to their homes and PM me their Night Actions if they have any!

The Night Phase will end after 24 hours or after I've received a message from anyone with a Night Action.

At the dawn of the second Day Phase you are once again escorted back to the council chambers. There you are greeted by your compatriots and by... an outsider!?

This outsider is the Republic Officer overseeing everything that has been going on and he explains that Asura will not be joining you today.

The Republic Commandos keeping watch over him and Asura himself have been slain. There are no leads on who could have done it other than the burn marks left by the lightsabers used to kill them.
Luckily for you Asura was a mere Jedi Padawan! A Jedi Padawan possesses no powers, but can be converted to the Darkside if certain conditions are met. However, if a Jedi were to visit the Padawan he would not longer be turnable and would gain the ability to cast a double vote.

Day Phase II

Ah goddamn. I don't know how I feel about this, is this really good or bad?

I don't know what the other roles are but I certainly don't like the idea of another Sith. Still...

I think it's best to get rid of someone that has the potential to be a bad guy rather than get rid of someone who is completely innocent, or worse - has a special role.

I don't feel too badly about Asura being killed. (sorry asura)

Ok, this is still guess work but there might be jedi with the ability to kill. also 'visiting' a player seems to be important here, like a guardian angel variation who can protect people from a sith.

I'm guessing there are more secondary effects for the familiar roles here to give them more incentive to help the group and not just themselves. and with the idea of converting roles to the dark side... would it be a seperate power from the killing, I'm guessing it is or why would Asura have died from that visit of the sith?

Btw I'm getting ideas for roles of my own already, like the paranoid: gets killed when visited by anyone paying him a visit, but leaves an incriminating letter that counts as one or two votes for a target of his choosing upon death... Nah that's just mean.
